Black Diamond Sprinklers works directly with homeowners and businesses in contracting rolls as well as sub contracting through various landscaping companys. They were timelyonly a few days between the time I set up appointment and them coming out) and Liam called and told me the what was going on. They took payment over phone & my former repair place had me on a long waiting list. Well thanks to Mower Doctor the grass has been cut twice(Liam sharpened the blade) and they will be called when needed. Love the fact they come to the house and you're not paying a huge pickup fee."

"Vernon talked a great game but his workmanship was poor. Partway through the project I discovered that the sprinkler lines were not properly buried. Most of them were just under peeled back grass and some spots were still visible on the surface. I had been very clear that the lines needed to be buried below the depth of penetration for a lawn aerator. When I complained he gave a variety of defenses including that the lines would sink into the ground with snowfall, that an aerator could not penetrate the plastic pipe, and that my lawn would not need aerating. Also more than half of the sprinkler heads were sticking up more than 3 inches out of the turf and at risk of being destroyed by a lawn mower. I had to reinstall most of what he did. If you hire him I would advise having everything specified in writing and monitoring his workmanship very closely."
