"I hired MC Fence and Deck out of the three quotes I received. I appreciated the warranty off and the time frame given. Everything they promised as far as the timeline for completion was 100% true. I probably held them up more than anything, dealing with my HOA. But they were willing to step in if needed. They provided me with everything I needed to give to my HOA committee. But with some careful planning, the project was done in one day and a few hours for finishing touches. It was stupendously amazing, watching how fast the crew worked. They even made a last second change for me, which I appreciated. The crew was clean, careful, and professional. Amazingly swift! They started in the morning during my work shift, and was almost completely done by 5PM when it got dark. My fence was customized, so no one in my neighborhood has it. The work involved a significent challenge in lifting and decking under an existing outdoor kitchen. York River Outdoors did an excellant job. Their craftsmanship was better than most other contractors and their work ethic was outstanding. They maintained excellant communication and completed the job in a fast and efficient manner.
