Chris was patient as we had to get a sign off from our neighbors. Once that was completed, he got his team out to do the job. The crew was organized, courteous and skilled. The foreman talked the entire job through with me to confirm the scope prior to starting. Whenever a question came up during the process, they solicited my input to be sure it was done properly and to my satisfaction. They even fabricated a special piece of fence for the transition from existing to new fence to ensure out dog couldn't get out. The estimate that I received was fair and the job was completed on schedule. My new white vinyl picket fence and a welded wire fence were both installed and also completed on schedule. Both fences had gates. A welded wire fence gate is very difficult to construct and KC Fence outperformed my expectations. Both of the new gates are sturdy and attractive. Then they came, checked everything out and waited a week, only to have to call them to be told I couldnt get an estimate because I have to pick one specific fence! HOW THE H*** do you do that without ANY ESTIMATE! These people are either lazy or stupid! GOOD LUCK! I wouldnt use them AGAIN for ANYTHING!!!!"
