Generally, the owners prefer lot improvement be done ‘off season.’ Ted traveled on his vacation to give me an estimate. He was punctual and professional. We agreed on a price I felt was fair, and contracted on an installation date. Ted and his crew arrived on time and ready to work. The installation was like a well rehearsed dance routine, there was no wasted movement. Ted and his crew were perfect gentleman in the unusual context of this installation. "I called Franky on Wednesday afternoon, he had an existing meeting in my town on Thursday and he squeezed me in after the meeting. We met, he gave me a price on installing exterior permanent lighting (Govee System) and he was able to have the system installed and completed by the end of the day. Clean work and worked great. I went to link the device to my Wi-Fi and realized my ladder wouldnâ t reach where the device was located, Franky came back the next morning to relocate the device (I tipped him as I approved the work the day prior). He (Les) gave me a price, gave me a time-frame, and lived up to both. A great team to do business with. The crew was excellent. They began the project at 10 am, and were done, cleaned-up, and gone before 3pm. The difference between our old, wood rotted patio cover and this new one are startling.
