He worked as a Level 3 Technician for Sears in their service division for 20 years and received their annual top technician award several times. During his employment he was appointed to coordinate and act as technical adviser for the Craftsman line of power tools and gas power equipment repair facility. He has received over 400 letters of accommodation from clients. He has extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical/advanced electronic systems and can efficiently diagnose the problem.
