"It went well except for being delayed 3 weeks. I had to do all the checking on status of the install - no proactive communication. Communication in general was about average. I wasn’t real happy with putting 40% down and waiting 2 months for the work to be done but not a deal killer. I’m very happy with the the value and quality of the installed roof. They removed the old roof, replaced some damaged decking, installed a full covering of ice and water shield and a well warrantied shingle system that looks great. I would recommend to anyone."

He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof. They did a great job with the repair and the roof looks great after they applied the sealant. They are very professional, personable, and hard working. If a dumpster is used, consider an alternate location other than the driveway depending on the age of the concrete. Cracks will happen with all the weight of the dumpster and old roofing material. Secondly, be vigilant with the cleanup. There are large amounts of nails used in the process and many reach the ground. Stepping on a roofing nail in your flower bed can t**** the whole experience. The contractor does an OK job of picking up nails, but you as the customer should search for them as we'll.
