Other contractors were not willing to take the "small" job, One "flooring" expert felt it wouldn't come out right. Josh explained the situation, told us he would do the job, and promised it would come out looking better than even we expected could be done. And he was exactly right! My wife and I were more than pleased. I think we were amazed that getting everything to match as close as Josh said he'd be able to do was possible. 4. Another thing that we found so valuable was Josh's setting up of a tent around himself to protect the rest of the room from being overwhelmed with dust. Above and beyond that, he had vacuuming going on at the same time and we really appreciated the efforts made to keep as much dust as possible from going where we didn't want it going. 5.Josh also wrote us up a nice estimate for a lot of other work we plan to have done in and on the outside of the house. And you can be sure that Josh and Samantha will get the call when we are ready to commence with the next projects. "If I had to describe Mike's work in one word, I would say 'meticulous'. We hired him to add wainscotting and wallpaper in our powder room. With any project, you have expectations of what the completed job would look like, and I must say he far surpassed my expectations. He did incredible work. It looks absolutely beautiful. In addition, he came when he said he would and kept me up to date on the project status. During the install, he maintained a neat and orderly job site and went above and beyond during the clean up at the end. This was the second time we worked with Mike, he previously added decorative moulding to the primary suite, and it won't be the last. I highly recommend him."
