"Repair of small guest bathroom shower/tub area. Chose americraft bc they had no complaints on bbb and good reviews on social media. After obtaining quote greg came out to evaluate repair and answer questions. Our perception was that Greg lost interest when we didn’t want to change tub to shower or replace the bathtub. Just to keep existing tub. This would have brought quote down 2 to 3 thousand dollars. At this point Greg practically ran out of our condo. Never heard back from them. Our perception is that Americraft is not nterested if project is 10 thousand or lower. My wife may of scared him with either providing awareness of plumbing problems with common area or had all lights off except bathroom bc she’s embarrassed of our condo. Do not recommend for small projects."

"What can I say about Dan and crew? If there were six stars, I would have given them all of those! Our powder room job was also flooring for the hallway and laundry room, plus a utility sink. It was a total gut job in the bathroom. Dan could not have been nicer, quoted us a more than fair price and the job was finished in record time. He was very responsive to any questions we had (ok mostly me). Also, his workers (2) were fantastic. I'm not sure if I should name them, so I won't. They were efficient and professional, asked questions when needed and cleaned up the site and their work space (our garage) every single day. They treated our home with care, as well as our old appliances and new fixtures. We could not have been happier with all of it."

"1. Very fast to respond to the the request 2. The staff was exceptionally nice, explained what they do and how they work. 3. Scheduled an appointment with a 2 hr window. 4. Repair showed up on time. (Two people) 5. They examined the problem and gave me a quote (fair and reasonable) 6. They went to work and resolved the sewer backup issue. Then they went ahead and cleared all the pipes of sludge until the water ran clear. They explained the issue was food residue buildup from the garbage disposal. That made sense since we has done a lot of summer and fall canning and used the disposal extensively. 6. They did a excellent job, very courteous and explained everything along the way. They used plastic to protect the surrounding area charged less than the estimate. 7. This is a family run business. They care about their customers a work hard to resolve the problem to the customers satisfaction. I would use them again and recommend their service."

From the start, Farhan showed a complete lack of knowledge about the issue I needed help with. Not only was he late, but when he finally arrived, he was dismissive, rude, and seemed to have no idea what he was doing. Instead of offering solutions, Farhan acted as if my concerns were an inconvenience. His attitude was shocking and completely unacceptable for someone in a service-based profession. The job was poorly done, and I’m now dealing with more issues than I had before. This company and their technician, Farhan Rahman, have earned my complete lack of trust. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from Alliance Repair. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Terrible service from start to finish!"
