Family owned business with over 8 years of experience handling Drain Pipe Installation - Exterior- Excavating - Remodeling-
"Initially it started off very well. We wanted a large pond put in that was not an eye sore and would serve our livestock. I wish there was a little more guidance and recommendations as we don't know the ins and outs of pond building. Initial test holes were dug which confirmed the project was possible and would hold water. There was no communication with the well installation team to ensure appropriate water flow into the pond. Once that was figured out the pond only holds about 1/3 of water with a well running 24/7. Reached back out to Alec see if we could troubleshoot the issue and get it fixed. Informed Alec that we were more than happy to pay more but just wanted a finished product. We planned a date and now haven't heard from him in over 1 month. Multiple texts and phone calls with no response. The communication is the most frustrating part about this whole project. Would not use this contractor again even though the big expensive hole in the ground we have is "pretty"."

With the 1/2 down deposit had a company come out and remove roughly 1,500 square feet of concrete he personally spent a half day saw cutting and then was history. Promise after promise unfulfilled no shows and lies the icing on the cake is when he came 3 hours late to pump water out of the hole, he created in a brand new bright green gym outfit with brand new white tennis shoes. I knew where my down payment money went. AFTER DOING SOME DEEPER DIGGING I FOUND HE DONE THIS SIMILIAR TYPE OF THING IN THE PAST. I except cash or check with half due for materials up front and the remainder to be paid at the end unless it is a complete restoration at that time we will discuss how it will be broken down during and threw out the project.
