However more importantly to me was that he offered to go out and spend an hour taking pictures of everything that was wrong to show me since I did not live in the property exactly what needed to be repaired. No one else offered to do this. He also said let me see if I really have to replace the whole unit or if I can replace parts. After seeing the pictures there was no doubt the whole air conditioning unit needed to be replaced. That extra hour of time to go back and take all the pictures really won me over.
