We bought a wonderful older home but in order to make it "ours", we wanted to do a number of internal and external renovations, and quickly. Jermaine's professionalism, construction knowledge, patience, planning and organizational skills, and friendly caring personality won me over. Throughout the entire 5 months long daily renovation Jermaine and his crew stayed on target and absorbed numerous add-ons without hesitation or concern. The quality was always good and pricing was always fair and reasonable. Time and time again Jermaine and his team went above and beyond what anyone would expect. In addition to these services we also offer hollow tile re- bonding, replace broken tile, and sealing of granite counter tops. "The grout color sealing job did not last two months. The grout stains are returning and continuing to worsen over time. I paid $700 for this job. I called to file a warranty claim and their response was they will come out when they in the area which apparently is not very often. How interesting as they were out the next day for the initial job. Why should customers have to wait months to get the problem remedied? Constant calls result in we will get to you. Stay away from this company!"

"TLDR: Keep to small jobs. I was looking to remodel bathroom for labor only, & HC came in as the lowest bidder. I had already bought fixtures & would buy tile. HC gave me a list of what else to buy. The first worker was messily doing questionable quality work & taking longer than estimated to do it. It took another worker refusing to put their name on it for HC to take my concerns about quality seriously. Got a new person in who demoed everything to start over. I truly appreciate the effort of this redo (hence 2-star), & it was going much better, if with some cosmetic concerns later on. Then got hit with a change order- for an understandable found issue, but also for tile style (I was told wouldn't change cost).
