"This is the second time Alex and his Company have painted our house. outside. They have refinished our driveway a couple of times and it was gorgeous. They always check to see if any areas need re-caulking or fixing. They repainted the vents on the roof and re-done the stripping around all vents They also sprayed the roof so it will last longer. We trust him when he says something needs fixing and we know he isn not just trying to make more money. He is very honest. Completely satisfied with the work they do and the Crew they hire. They are proficient, friendly and courteous and respectful of your property. They do an amazing job in such a short time. Alex is very fair on his pricing and we definitely trust his opinions and his expertise. Dont hesitate to hire them because they have a stellar reputation that I am aware of in the community. "Armored Roofing of Sun City underestimated my roofing job by 48 percent then started the process of placing a lien on my house a week after the job was finished when we protested . they never contacted me about the added expense during the job. I couldnt get an answer from anyone I talked to during the job. I paid the bill under duress under threat of a lien. The estimate was 11700 , the final bill came in at over 17000. I am in my 70s in poor health . I am having a hard time with this, Update, I received a letter today of notice of a lien."
