"Kirk redid our bathroom (shower, toilet, floor and exhaust fan). He listened to what you wanted, only gave his input when asked and was honest, which I appreciate. He would make a suggestion on things we didn’t even consider and he was not pushy about it and let you decide. Once they started the work, we were able to make the shower bigger which I was happy about but this made for a little extra time since he needed to order a new shower door and grab bar. He offered to put shower rod so we could use but we had another shower. This is someone who cares. Also, Walter and his crew were amazing. On time, professional and cleaned everything up. We will be using Kirk again when we redo our full bathroom. Thanks Kirk, Walter and crew. We are enjoying our shower. It was a pleasure working with you."

"Our project turned out better than we expected and as things were going along, we added more projects. Patryk, Greg and their team did a fantastic job. They were always so nice to work with, even suggesting things which was helpful. They never left a project until they thought it was perfect. We did a full kitchen remodel, even closing off a window to move a fridge and pantry to the other side to allow more cabinets and much needed counter space. They widen the entrance and the kitchen seems so much bigger. We think it’s Beautiful! They did laminated floors throughout the first floor, painted all walls and new baseboards. They created a wine bar which was just a cubby hole. They put in a pantry like cubby hole in our laundry room and added cabinets and above wall unit. One of the projects we had them add is new wooden stairs to the 2nd floor, white spindles and railing that curves instead of a wall and laminate floors on the 2nd floor. Other odd and ends that they never hesitated to do. We appreciate all they have done in our home, To us, it’s amazing how nice it is and how it should have been all the years we have lived here. Garage remodelings FAQs
Converting a garage is worth it because it can significantly increase your home's value while providing additional living space for your family or guests. In most cases, you do not need to hire an architect for a garage conversion. An experienced garage conversion contractor usually has the skills to help create your desired design and ensure the project meets building codes. However, if your conversion involves complex structural changes or a large-scale redesign, hiring an architect can be beneficial. An architect can provide detailed plans and oversee the design to maximize space and functionality, ensuring the conversion aligns with your vision and complies with all regulations.
