"They did an ok job, however, a tip, have the workers wash the windows after power washing. I have 25 windows, they were a MESS. The cleaning solution was allowed to dry in the hot Georgia sun and heat. It took me quite a bit of time to get them clean after the workers left that Sunday. A few days later once all had dried, they came back for the stain/ sealer application to the house, garage and decking. We had our cars parked at the very end of the driveway. No one covered our cars or told us to OR to move them further away. There was not even a slight breeze that hot August day, 2019, so the stain must have just drifted in the air. Our vehicles were COVERED with stain. The worst part were the windshields, which when you drove them, if there was ANY sun coming in at all, you saw hundreds/ thousands of itty-bitty rainbow colored sparklies with a brown undertone, which was the Australian Timber OIl in Honey Teak. Visibility was extremely poor when the sun was coming into the windshield. My daughter in law got her new windshield last week, I get mine next week, a $250 extra expense EACH that was totally preventable. PLUS, our cars are still covered with the stain/ sealer, it was just the most important to replace the windshields for proper visibility. PLEASE, keep this in mind if you are having this type of work done. We thought we were parked far enough away, NOPE. Just a little forethought or a word from the painters could have and would have PREVENTED this. Thank you for basically an over-all good job though."

"Everything went perfect. Brillin Arts did a fantastic job of painting the interior of our home. The owner responded to our initial contact within 30 minutes, scheduled a meeting at the house to go over the project with us. Milen the owner is very professional and exacting. He sent us a full broken down quote within 24 hours and started the project a few days later when we had time off. He and his crew took care of everything, from moving and covering furniture and floors, prep, painting and and full cleanup. it was a 4 days project that included all walls and ceilings in our recently purchased house that is about 20 years old. Part of the project also included total restoration of our Mahogany front door with sidelights which he personally did. It looks like brand new. His workers we pleasant, very talented and exacting. They did such a good job that we hired him for restoration, power washing and trim painting on the exterior. We highly recommend Brillin Arts. Price was fair"

"Worst experience we’ve ever had with a handyman or hired renovation service. Took three months to complete this project, only worked an average of 2-3 hour each day. Multiple delays and excuses. Quality of work was very poor and we have to have several areas redone. He left knowing there was a water leak under our new $1200 vanity and has not returned our calls voicing concerns about the “completed” project. This is not a professional company but rather a one man show who cannot complete quality work in a timely manner."

"Painted the exterior of my house, and frosted minor repairs like replacing cracked concrete siding and rotten wood. Very thorough and detailed. Definitely professionals. Carries workman's comp and insurance, and still had the best quote out of for I had. Didn't blink when I added things on last minute and changed the type of paint. Was happy to put up some samples so I could have some time to choose the right color long before starting the job. Started the job as soon as I was ready. And he actually answers emails ( and I had ALOT of questions) promptly. The guys were very hard working and friendly. They did so much more carpentry work than I thought would be included, and they did it very well. Didn't ask for a deposit. I didn't know my house could look so good!"
