From my perspective, the other key component is that he was able to get approval of all of the various inspections by Montgomery County Maryland on time. Obviously Bent Palm has an ongoing relationship with the county building inspectors and the project was constructed properly and on time. Another reason that I’m giving Ben Palm a five star evaluation is because a previous contractor informed me that the only way I could put a screened in porch on the back of my house is to file for a variance. Bent Palm built my screened in porch with no variance and approved by the county. Further the quality of the work was outstanding. Not only did he have contractors to do carpentry work, but he had a great electrician and an even better painter. At the end of the day, the project turned out fantastic."

Other competitors putting on a lesser product were charging 15 to 35 % higher than elite 4 roofing and remodeling. They came out and finished the roof in one long day and did a very nice job cleaning up. Afterwards you could not tell that they were there other than the new beautiful roof. The workers that came out were very pleasant and professional answering any questions that I had. I have recommended them many times to family and friends. All of those poleple i have recommended elite 4 roofing and remodeling to have been very pleased with thier workmanship and customer service whether it is a roof, siding or any other remodeling needs.
