I was prepared for the worst, given all the horror stories with addition projects, to my surprise I found the best. Thomas, took the time to understand my vision for the project, and give me suggestions to the design to optimize budget. I ended up using their design-build service, and they presented to me exactly what I wanted, coming from an engineering background the whole process made sense. Once we were ready to start construction, their magic really showed. Their attention to detail, and commitment to quality was evident throughout. One thing that really surprise was their level of communication, but both onsite-and office staff. They were always quick to respond, and kept me informed.
