I had a water leak incident that damaged the floor and ceiling of my home and Alpha Home Services was able to come quickly and open the ceiling and take out the dry wall. The first day they came they laid out all the plastic and closed off the damaged area and took out the dry wall to let air dry the foundation of the home. The next day they let it dry and came to check and spray to ensure there would be no mold. After they came again to install new dry wall and paint. They also were able to give me an estimate for all the damages and talk to my insurance company for the claim. I was able to get my claim and my home repaired in no time. Thank you again!"

Several days later, Mike came by to inspect our windows and confirm measurements for the build specifications. This took only about a half-hour. Mike answered some questions about the installation process and said that the windows and door could take up to 6 weeks to build. Imagine our surprise when we received a call a week later to schedule our installation. On installation day, the three-man team arrived on time. They introduced themselves and the team lead, Ted, described the process and then they got right to work. They tarped the paths to all the windows to protect the floors. They were very careful and respectful of our house. The entire team was friendly and polite and experienced and highly skilled. You could tell that they’d done this a time or two. The outside trim work is fantastic and the inside finish work is great. All 17 windows and the sliding door were installed in a single day. Ted went over the operation of the windows and door. "It was time to replace my roof and I requested several estimates from roofing companies. I selected Marshall Roofing Siding and Windows. It was not the cheapest estimate but the estimate assessment by Mr. Chris Butler, of Marshall Roofing, was the most thorough. Mr. Butler inspected the roof, went into the attic (and found a bathroom vent venting into the attic instead of outside), went into my screened in porch to determine what kind of nails to use so that they would not come through the tongue and groove ceiling and he noticed some old satellite dishes that could be removed. Marshall roofing updated the proposal several times with all of my concerns and additions. This is great customer service! When it came to choosing a shingle color, we struggled to find the right color. Mr. Butler kindly offered to bring out additional shingle samples to us on a Friday afternoon. Again, above and beyond customer service. Mr. Butler also worked with us to find and install an attic fan specifically designed to be quiet when running. The job started promptly on time and was finished in two days. Mr. Butler came out as the job was wrapping up and when the crew finished packing up, on his own, he did a second magnetic sweep around my house to find any nails that may have been missed during the magnetic sweep performed by the crew. Again, great customer service! We are very happy with the workmanship and customer service that we received from Marshall Roofing and would highly recommend their services!!"

"Unprofessional visit. Showed up unannounced and we only knew they were there because one person stood 10 feet from our porch staring at us in through our living room window. My wife spent 10 minutes talking to them, they stated they had no business cards, they only had an appointment card but didn't present it. Honestly when you show up at someone's house you need some sort of identifier if your walking door to door in casual clothes. After the uncomfortable dead stare through the windows my wife and i have decided to post a No Solicitors sign. They didn't take no for an answer at first, pushing with more questions to circumvent the no she gave, as well as interrupted our dinner, as they showed up right at 6pm."
