"The sales process with Vinyl-Lite was the most laid-back, low-pressure, and friendly out of all the companies we vetted. Our sales rep, Matt, was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, reassuring, and honest. When asked to include tune-up, he provided another reasonable quote. He and his crew performed the repair efficiently, did roof maintenance where needed, inspected a wavy section of the roof and determined the cause (not due to loose shingles, not susceptible to water damage), and provided honest diagnosis. Overall, I’m impressed about their professionalism and knowledge about the roofing system, and customer service attitude. I’m a tough reviewer, but it’s hard to not give this company a 5-star rating - they seemed to really know what they are doing, and do not try to over sell home owners Unnecessary service.
