"Art is literally the best. Show me another company that will do this: Art did a perfect job installing the gas piping at my home when I got a new meter installed. He also ran a line out to my deck for my BBQ. I got the parts for the conversion weeks later, and wasn't confident I'd install it right, so I contacted him to ask him for advice... and he came over and helped me install it! He even stuck around to make sure it worked. Then he wouldn't take any money! I forced him to let me give him some to buy himself dinner. You will not find people like this every day in ANY industry. "Jeff is amazing, transparent, thorough, and polite. Would 100% recommend him without hesitation. We had a different HVAC company out for the same issue. Their technician was here for ~4 hours, had little experience with boilers, and walked away quoting us $800 (in addition to the $150 it costs for the diagnostic) to replace a part he was "fairly certain" was the problem. Since that visit did not fill us with confidence, we looked for other companies and found Jeff and Resolute Plumbing and Heating here on Homeadvisor. Thank goodness we did!! From the first contact with him on the phone he was open about his thoughts on what might/might not be causing the problem. Clear about pricing, and very accommodating in scheduling. On the day of the appointment he was here for about 2 hours, much of that time he spent educating me about our system, and left having solved the problem with a simple repair he did on-site, not replacing the entire part. He was friendly, straightforward and a thoroughly enjoyable person to have around that entire time. His time and expertise to SOLVE the issue cost us less than what we paid the other company just to do a somewhat uncertain diagnostic. Thank you Jeff!
