"Working with ADAR Builders was such a pleasure. They are a family owned business and made me feel like part of the family. They completed a detailed prospectus of every step of the project. and stuck to it. The owners were onsite multiple times a day during the completion and responded immediately to any questions I had. The work team showed up on time and were very neat and clean. The project involved removing 700 square feet of pavers and leveling a sloped area to install a large swim spa. They didn't break or crack a single paver, they installed drains underneath because I live on a hillside. So they not only did what I asked but they foresaw a flooding problem in the future and corrected for it. After the leveling, they replaced each paver perfectly. They brought in a team of experts for each step of this project and in the end they brought in a swim spa specialist to teach me how to operate the swim spa which was beyond anything I hired them for. I can't say enough about their workmanship, their commitment and their honesty. I would hire them again for any contractor project I need."

This involved a lot of coordinating different workers for plumbing, electrical, demo etc. Roy was unflappable and dealt with everything even checking in with me when he was out of the country. "Since it is now legal to convert your garage into a living space, we decided to turn it into a studio that can be leased. We chose Construction Masters because we were very impressed with Moshe and Mickey's knowledge. They offered us different suggestions and we were able to come to a final agreement. They were very meticulous in managing the project. Moshe and or Mickey were there every day to check on their workers and walk us through what was going on each day. They mentioned everything we needed to buy and sent us to their suppliers where we were able to get their contractors discount on everything. Since everything was permitted properly, we have square footage added to our home. Now we have a beautiful living area that has added value to our home. Not to mention an income as well."
