The pro came right away to inspect and provide details of a plan to remedy the situation. My husband,, an engineer, reviewed the plan and asked him to proceed with his plan. The pro did a most excellent and comprehensive job that met all the standards in a most timely manner. After completion, the LA inspector came to inspect the work and complimented the quality of the work and stated it fully met all of the standards. The pro was truly wonderful and very easy to work with."
