We installed a colored concrete and there has been white stains sipping out that makes waterlike markings so not sure if that will stop. That's my reason for not giving 4 instead of 5 . If it stops which I was told it will, I will gladly give it 5"

In every case Dee's suggestions (stucco the walls instead of paint, don't use DG next to the pool, run wood fence topper horizontally) turned out to the best. We are so glad we listened to him. Our finished backyard looks like an art installation but one where you can feel comfortable and at home. Now a year later we had them come back for a few tweaks and again Dee's suggestions were the right ones.
