"I had an emergency situation with an overflowing toilet and really needed someone to fix the problem ASAP. As a new homeowner, I didn’t have a plumber on call as this was my first issue since purchasing in 22’. I called a few companies and also put in a request here. One company came out, told me what needed to be done but something didn’t feel right. At the same time Felix (FM Plumbing & Heating) advised me as to what he thought the issue was and I got a good feeling from his conversation and guidance. I made the decision not to go with the other company and they quickly changed their tune and wanted to do what they already told me couldn’t be done….they were going to charge me an astronomical price but then dropped their price once I said ‘no thanks.’ Felix was genuine and honest from the door! "I can't say enough good things about Jimmy- He responded to an emergency sewer backup & when he was here he advised me of the urgent need to replace a VERY old basement slop sink with rotting plumbing (I didn't even realize it) He installed the new sink, reorganized the piping, installed new cutoff valves, changed a bunch of other hoses,etc. He is prompt, courteous, neat & reasonable. What a guy!!!"

"I must say that 5 stars isn’t enough for this company. Aside from him being reliable and honest, he went above and beyond his job description. My bathtub and toilet was clogged for awhile and literally was thinking of having the bathroom demolished (no joke) however we came across home advisor and was given his number. From the get go he was friendly and when he showed up he started working immediately and boy did he work hard, pumping out gallons of filth and unclogging the main line. Once done he must have stayed an hour cleaning up everything and leaving the bathroom smelling fresh and clean. He was absolutely awesome!!!! Thank you so so much"
