"Before choosing a contractor, we did extensive research on Angie’s List. We chose CRSI based on several factors: (1) They have been in business since 1985, indicating that they not only know how to run a successful operation, but how to keep it that way. (2) Over 99% of the reviews had an “A” rating with no “D” or “F” ratings, showing that their work quality was top notch with no disappointed customers. (3) There were lots of reviews, which told us that many people had utilized their services and CRSI was able to consistently deliver top quality work. (4) Lastly, in addition to the painting we needed, they were also able to install new seamless gutters, meaning that we didn’t have to coordinate work between two different companies to complete these 2 projects. Once we contacted CRSI for an estimate, owner Matt McCurdy came by to assess the project and gave a very detailed estimate. This included pressure washing, surface preparation (caulk, putty, sanding, priming, etc.), a list of all the particular pieces of molding and fascia board that needed to be replaced and a list of all house and fence items that were to be spot primed and painted. Matt’s painting team arrived promptly each day and worked very hard throughout the duration of the project. Their attention to detail, especially during the preparation and wood replacement phase, was very much appreciated. The painting job was excellent and the house looks great. We were out of town for a day early in the project and Matt was able to schedule around us so we could be present to open windows as needed. Immediately after the painting phase was completed, the gutter installation team arrived to install seamless gutters fabricated on site. We appreciated Matt’s coordination in scheduling these two teams, minimizing the time the house was without gutters. The gutter installation team also did a great job and the finished product is much better than what the house originally had. After the painting was completed and the gutters installed, Matt came by for a final inspection. He noted some areas that needed touch up, but these were minimal. The team finished the touch up the next day and we now have a professional looking house once again. We were very pleased with CRSI and each of their employees that we dealt with. All were very courteous, hardworking and a pleasure to work with. They all take pride in their work and the finished result is evidence of that. We would gladly recommend CRSI to anyone that needs painting or new gutters."

"Horrible customer service. I called the installation manager, John Lawless, whose phone number I had after I contracted with Champion for my window replacement project. John informed me that he had not worked for Champion for about 6 months and then he told me where he was working and how they manufacture great quality windows for an affordable price. I wanted to speak with John after receiving multiple postcards from Champion that my windows were already in process and then I got another card that they were 6 to 8 weeks from completion. I was ecstatic because I thought they would take much longer. I called Champion and Jasmine, service support specialist, told me that they were NOT 6 to 8 weeks from completion. I asked who my installation manager was and she told me Lee. I asked for his full name and number and she told me she could not give that information out to me and he would eventually contact me. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me that my installation manager would contact me in 48 hours. I asked to speak to corporate management and she refused. I then asked for the CEO and she told me his name was Todd but refused to give a full name (although google would identify any corporate officer) or email address. I am disgusted with the customer service that I am receiving and the mixed and bungled messaging about my window replacement project. I chose Champion, in part, because of great customer service and I feel blindsided and sold a bunch of bologna. I would NEVER recommend Champion to any of my friends or neighbors based upon this experience. Unhappy customer, Natalie"

"Nelson Aluminium Products first came out to measure my windows for screen replacement. They came out just a few days later with perfectly measured screens. For the living room, we opted for the BetterVue screens, and they are worth the additional cost. Can't even tell there are screens in the window, except if you are right next to the windows. Highly recommended."

"They came out to the house, measured windows, showed us their product, answered all of our questions. Then they came again to double-check the measurements. All windows were made specifically for our home. Installation took about 5 hours on day 1 and about 2 hours on day 2. Everything was cleaned up inside and outside. All staff were helpful, friendly, and did a wonderful job. The new windows exceeded my expectations with the quality."

"I have been looking for a company to replace the windows in my home and was referred to MWT when I could not find a company that met me needs. The MWT owner and his team members were extremely professional. They gave a detailed overview of the products and services. When my windows were delayed due to COVID they informed me well before my installation date. They called my a week before my scheduled installation. Showed up on time the day of the installation and completed the install 2 hours earlier than the time the indicated it would be complete. The installers walked the house with me to make sure I was happy with the install and cleaned up all trash caused by the replacement. I am looking to hire them for some additional work and have already referred them to a friend."

"From the initial sales call with Mike to working out the contract details with Meghan to the installation with Ryan and Mack, I was consistently impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of Quinn Windows. Not once did I second guess my decision to go with them. The sales presentation was very low pressure, making sure all my questions were answered and giving me time to evaluate the information and make my decision. I put my deposit down in mid-July and the windows were installed 8/25 which I felt was an excellent turnaround compared with what some of my neighbors have experienced with other companies. The installation team, Ryan and Mack, were great. They worked ten plus hours in my un-air-conditioned house on one of the hottest days this summer and took the time to get every detail right and then cleaned up everything before they left.
