"I wanted to take a moment to provide some positive feedback about a recent project involving my deck and porch. My previous deck was constructed without adhering to city codes from the previous owner of my house ð   which posed several issues. I hired contractor Moabe to address these concerns, and I am pleased to report that he did an outstanding job. He successfully brought down the old deck and built a new one that fully complies with city regulations. Moabe's professionalism and attention to detail were commendable, and I truly appreciate the quality of his work. He has made a significant difference . Moabe's work impressed me on several fronts. Here are the specific aspects that stood out: 1. Attention to Detail: He meticulously ensured that every element of the new deck was crafted to meet city code requirements, which gave me peace of mind. 2. Quality of Materials: Moabe recommended high-quality materials that not only enhance the deck's appearance but also ensure its durability. 3. "Steve and his crew did an outstanding job of installing 17 sheets of wallboard and custom plastering a ceiling! He was quick with his estimate and timely starting the job. He was on the job when he said he would be (which I find quite extraordinary for most small contractors) and stayed on the job all day, every day (9-5) until the job was finished and complete to my satisfaction. He is first, and ONLY contractor I've hired in the last 30 years who did not need to leave the job 3 to 4 times each day to go to Lowe's or Home Depot to get supplies he "forgot" or needed for the job! He obviously planned ahead, new what he would need and came fully prepared for the job. The jobsite was cleaned up each day and the jobsite was protected from damage, again a far cry from most other contractors who leave their mess for you to clean and do not demonstrate much care for your property. Steve far exceeded my expectations and I would recommend him without reservation. (my only minor complaint, and this may be characteristic of all plasterers is that a final sanding was not done of the taping application, but as I said, this may be characteristic of the profession, so I did not let this impact my rating)"

"Bob Griffin is a true professional. A list of projects he completed on my home follows . Note that I was "5-Star" impressed with his work in every area. - Soft wash of roof, exterior siding, and patio - Apply two coats of Cabot's bleaching stain to home exterior - finish all fixtures (hinges, handles, and all fixtures) - Caulk and / or putty all areas exposed ( cracks, splits, etc..) - He was hired to "soft" power wash my home and then apply two coats of Cabot's bleaching oil to the 7 year old cedar shingles. Bob showed up. on time, worked a full day, and kept me informed of all progress. The "soft" power wash left the roof and exterior of the home in beautiful condition. He also added a soft wash of the back patio; again, it came out beautiful and was a task he threw in no-charge. He applied caulk and wood putty as required to protect any cracks or gaps in the surface. He then went on to refinish all the black hinges, handles and fixtures. These details really made a difference. I was so impressed with all of the above that I asked Bob to return to paint the cellar. Once again, Bob sought the right paint and primer for the job and covered the walls and floor of this old cellar in record time. We can not get over the improvement to the home while under Bob's control. Finally, I was always so impressed with Bob's initiative. He helped declutter the cellar before starting the paint without so much as a word. His pricing is more than fair in every way. He is a very nice man and I am happy to have met him. He strives to exceed every customer's needs. He is something special and earns 5 stars in every area."
