"The front yard was not leveled and sloped as agreed upon. They took out some rocks in the front yard and some dirt. they put topsoil down and then sod that was about 4 days and dying. As of July 31, 2024, there are still holes in the lawn where the sod has not grown together. The front lawn is not at the angle of slope that we agreed upon. In the back yard they agreed upon removing some dirt and rock, then replacing it with a four-foot-high granite wall 90 feet long. The wall is only approximately 75 feet long and some of it is 4 feet high and about 15 to 20 feet of the wall is less than 3 feet high. This is not what the contract said when we signed it but he still charged us the full amount of a 90-foot wall 4 feet high and tried to convince us that his measurements were right. When the men were building the wall, the back lawn was packed down a lot and now it does not let the water soak in. I asked the men if they could return to pick up the sod in the backyard and put in some topsoil to make it the same height as the rest of the yard, and they said no. So, I asked him to return a portion of my money so I could have someone else come in to correct his inability to do it as we agreed upon. He said no he couldn't refund any money. We are waiting for the individual to come out to our house to look at the job to evaluate how the job was done. So please contact us on a date as soon as possible."

"Joe and his team did an incredible job! I can’t believe how great our backyard looks and how functional it is. In less than 1.5 days, Joe’s team removed rocks and other debris, extended our garden beds, planted 14 arborvitae trees, some lilac bushes, and a flowering dogwood tree. They set up our raised gardening area, laid a weed barrier, grass barrier and bark so it is beautiful and functional. They also removed a small pool and pavers and replaced with sod. They also laid a drip line that is easily controlled by our existing sprinkler system. Joe was super easy to work with and very accommodating.
