"Sovereign Painting patched, filled, plastered and painted two rooms plus hallways, entranceways, and foyer in my home. The rooms were very difficult and had not ben painted in 30 years. They included a high cathedral ceiling and walls that needed plastering and baseboard heating. They exceeded my expectations in every way and especially the quality of their work and their attention for small detail. They plastered holes, covered cracks with tape and used the latest technology for water stains. They followed best practices and did not cut corners. They delivered two needed coats while others only quoted one. They fixed, patched and painted railing that I did not think could be saved. They were extremely professional. I was so impressed that I asked then to return and paint the rest of the house. These are the real pro's and were very competitively priced. I would recommend them without reservation and hire them again in a second. If quality at a competitive price is important, this is who you want to use."

"Steve and his crew far exceeded my expectations on the screen porch build they recently finished. The quality of the job is fantastic. On top of that, Steve was right on time for the first estimate meeting, to the delivery of the materials, to the start and finish dates of the project (2 days from start to finish. The price was fair and there were no surprises. Steve also recommended we use a composite material, called Azek to trim the job out. Gorgeous! You can stop looking and just hire Howland Home Services for your project. You will not be disappointed!"

"Mr. Terry was awesome! This is my first review I am writing. I felt I needed to write something as his work was so outstanding. He repaired 16 windows and did it beautifully. Marvin's quoted over $40K!! He was able to do what was needed for much much less. He was honest, professional, meticulous, extremely knowledgeable and kind. Miles above the window brand quotes which are ridiculous. Would strongly recommend if you need any window repairs!!!"
