"Received a call from A&C 5 minutes after placing request with service magic when my central A/C broke down in an August heat wave. A&C was at my house within 2 hours of talking to them to service/fix my unit. They came back again later in the afternoon to further diagnose the problem and determined parts that were needed. Picked op necessary parts and installed a new furnace for me the next day--all day Saturday. I can't say enough about Caesar professionalism and follow-up--a great guy!!!
