"Really good experience with Perfection Metals from sales to install with good communication in-between. Carls crew servicing the Lake Orion area was on time, polite and hard working. Also a nice cleanup after the job was finished. Pic is before gutter install. The gutters gave it a nice finished look. One gutter needed to be re-pitched and the gutter crew circled back quickly and happily took care of it."

"Noah was very polite and responsive. We have had issues with other contractors with lack of communication. Noah was ontop of the communication from the beginning to the end. When the job was complete and we were satisfied, Noah came to the house for a picture, he noticed some small scraps that were laying around (mind you, we were ok with the cleanup) he still said he would have the crew comeback and clean up more. Very good commitment to service and the customer. I would give 6 stars if they had that option."

"Work was done right and professionally. I'm very pleased with it. They came in one day and completed the entire job. It looks great. I got a price from another company who advertised replacing roofs starting at $6,900. But they didn't even come out to look at my house. Instead, they only wanted to know the square footage of my roof. Then they gave me a price for 15,500. RoofX was only a few hundred dollars more than them, but were going to do much more than just replace the shingles. Besides, the shingles RoofX were using, were infused with copper to avoid the growth of moss. Which my shingles suffered from. When the job was done, I had a beautiful new roof that I will not have to worry about for the next 25+ years. They also cleaned up so well, that I could not find even one piece of scrap shingles or tar paper left behind. I encourage everyone to call them and check them out."
