"We had old vinyl tile and carpet we wanted to completely replace with SPC based flooring. Thomas came in with consultation and thoroughly went through the requirements and options. The final cost was well within the estimate as we kept an open mind of complications that may arise during the demo. The work include demo of carpet, resurfacing the subfloor as the carpet and old vinyl were not level, adjustment of the moulding. 535sqft of work required 2 days of work. The demo and install teams we're great, punctual, and respectful of the private space and belongings. Would easily recommend."
