"Could not have been a worse experience. Hired to replace door hardware (knobs and hinges). Simple job for anyone. I was told by owner that "they'll make everything perfect ". Expected a few hours...it took two guys four hours by which time I just wanted them out. Checked things as they were working and pointed out multiple problems along the way. English communication was clearly not working. They did not know how to adjust doors by bending hinges (the correct way) and instead pounded on the door jams and sunk visible three-inch screws into one to adjust it. The front door was the worst and needed the doorknob hole enlarged by 1/8 inch. The solution was to use a Sawzall on both the knob and deadbolt holes - I wish I could attach photos here!! Ruined the door. It can never have a standard round knob again because of the hack job. Told owner, scheduled appointment. He didn't show and didn’t respond to texts. Small Claims Court is next to replace the front door. Don’t hire!"

During our site survey it was clear that Michelle was quite experienced and made the next steps easy. The removal of our old tanks and installation of new ones went just as planned. Rick R and Nate arrived right on time and greeted us with a smile. After checking all of our gas operated appliances to be sure they worked properly, we sat down and talked with Rick about safety.
