"Sebastian, the owner of 7 City Exteriors provided a quote for providing all labor, materials and equipment required to provide a new seamless aluminum 6” Type K heavy duty (.032 thickness) gutter system with downspout on a section of roof on the rear of our home. Sebastian showed up on time and immediately proceeded with the specified work. Using Truss T stand-off brackets to accommodate the angled fascia to install the gutter plumb, and Ray Tech heavy duty support brackets, the gutter is installed at the correct slope to direct water flow to the new downspout. The high-gloss white finish exactly matches our existing PVC facia and trim. The fit and finish of the completed project is excellent. "Overall fine install, had a hiccup with equipment that delayed finishing project two days. Put forth a lot of effort to protect surfaces from over spray/cross contamination. Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. "I called Gwin's Gutter services to provide an estimate for repairing one section of gutter that fell down during the ice storms of the late winter/early spring. I also called two other companies in order to comparison shop. Kevin arrived at the time we set and was very professional and personable. Like the other companies, he offered to repair the section, but also suggested that the house could benefit from new gutters as the existing ones were the vinyl-DIY type. I was leaning toward this path anyway, and asked for an estimate. His estimate was on par with the others I received, except that it did not offer the gutter protection for the entire house. When I mentioned this, he was quick to match their cost. Because he seemed honest and personable, I went with him. We agreed to replace all the gutters, install rhino-guard, and reroute some of the downspouts.
We scheduled a time for two weeks out to accommodate his work schedule, which was fine with me. The first time fell through, and I was unable to be at home when the work was performed on the second scheduled time. The gutters looked great, but I had some concerns with the job. First, the old gutters were left in a pile in my back yard. Second, the downspouts did not connect to the terra cotta pipes, so the water dumped right next to the foundation. Third, one of the downspouts was not re-routed. And fourth, the holes where the previous downspouts passed through a slate awning on the first floor were left exposed. 
I called Kevin, and he was quick to apologize and offer to come over and fix the problems. Apparently his employee quit immediately after finishing my job. Due to other obligations, it took about three weeks of scheduling and two visits for the job to be finished. I still am in the process of cleaning the wood siding where the ladder left scuff marks and painting the exposed wood from where the old downspout mounting hardware was removed.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the gutters. Kevin is a personable and honest person, who may just be stretched a little thin with work obligations. I am not thrilled about having to wash, scrape, and paint a little on the house - but we didn't agree to that so I don't hold him responsible.
