They were pleasant to speak to, knowledgeable about their job and helpful in answering my questions. It was hot all day but they both kept moving and knocked it out. It was about an 8 hour job. "I had a quote within 2 days. My card was declined by by bank and I had to approve the amount, that was thee only delay I had and it was my fault. I had to make a few adjustments to my order, and I was requoted at least by next day. Shipping confirmation came after the weekend, and I had trim pieces actually arrive before I received my shipping confirmation. Shipping actual flooring to me was curbside, I would have paid a bit more for the company to place in my driveway if given the option. Everything was palletized securely, and everything arrived without defects. Pricing came in better than expected, and better than quotes I received from other companies. Great experience, I will definitely be a returning customer."

"work was to be done during the last 2 weeks of july, tried calling them to confirm 6-7 times they were unresponsive, left message that i would find someone else to do the project.\ and i wanted my deposit back$ 4200.00,. that got a response they would be out the next week this was end of august, i was told this would be a 2-3 day job on the roof , they tried to do it in 1 day they worked 13 hours during the rush they damaged my siding and my gutters, there men told me they were paid to do this as a side job, the guys worked hard , they left a few odds and end to complete the gutters i told them i would take care of they were supposed to bring the material to complete ,but they never did and again my phone calls were unanswered .they promise alot but do not deliver.then they ignore you once they have your money, thats not the way to do business. i hope this save someone else the aggrevation i experienced"
