While Crossroads was the least expensive I spoke with, they were also very clear and professional, explaining likely causes of my issue, potential other problems it could be, and the equipment they had to ensure that the job would be completed correctly and verified. I made a great choice! Crossroads, specifically Aaron Franklin, showed up promptly at the time we agreed on. He snaked the line and cleared the blockage, then ran a camera and showed me that the line was clear- it was nice to visually see that the issue was resolved and to know there were no other issues in my drain line. I will be using Crossroads for all my plumbing moving forward. "

"Replace Ejector Pump - a Saturday emergency. rep came that evening and stayed til 6:30 to assess problem. pump replacement needed. completed primary repair on Monday and finished job on Tuesday. the crew encountered two issues, one on monday night and one on Tuesday, that each required extra work. the issues were explained clearly to me. the crew took the extra time needed to make sure the job was done well. my only frustration was that arrival times were a bit overly optimistic. but again, despite the late hour on Saturday and Monday and the bad weather on Tuesday, once the rep/crew arrived, I felt the job was done without any rush or shortcuts."

"This company has some of the rudest and most disrespectful people working there. Veronica and Jessica should not be in customer facing positions. The bathroom remodel was done well, but the tile installer needs a bit more attention to details. We still do not have glass and had to call the glass company last week directly for an update as they were not being provided by New York Renovations. NY Reno kept stating there’s a delay and timing is estimated. However, Glass Depot told us the deposit was never paid and that was 7 weeks after they came out for a template. Just called the glass company again for the first time since early last week after continued vague updates from NY Reno. One very helpful person told me that NY Reno just paid the deposit via ACH earlier this week and that they’d call back after asking around for a timing update. Never heard back, so I called again but was told that NY Reno had instructed Glass Depot to not speak with me. The woman at Glass Depot specifically said she was told by NY Reno to not discuss any financial information but could confirm that “the glass has been ordered”. However, when I called last week, that same person at Glass Depot said the deposit was not made and glass had not been ordered. Meanwhile, for weeks, NY Reno was providing random updates about our glass saying they haven’t heard from the glass company, or that it’s just one more panel to come in. Those seem to be false as well as the “receipt” they emailed which was a text only document on Microsoft Word (not images). I’m sure NY Reno will reply to this and say they have gone above and beyond to make us happy. Or, try to put the blame on us and call us rude for following up directly with their vendor, but we have plenty of emails and an outrageous to show this. Plus, a bizarre phone call from Veronica where she berated me by saying that I picked the wrong person to mess with, calling me insane, etc. Update: After I left a review on Google, Veronica from NY Reno emailed stating that they will no longer be in contact or respond to any form of communication until there is a glass install date. She also continued the false line of allegations regarding harassment. Their response to this review, negative criticism, and a customer pushing for concrete updates speaks volumes."
