I made a great choice! Crossroads, specifically Aaron Franklin, showed up promptly at the time we agreed on. He snaked the line and cleared the blockage, then ran a camera and showed me that the line was clear- it was nice to visually see that the issue was resolved and to know there were no other issues in my drain line.
