Joe came out with his mobile showroom and was very professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the products he was presenting. Joe came out in the morning with Benito and again that evening to check on the flooring. Greg came out about a week later to make sure that we didn't have any issues come up and it wasn't until then that the final payment was required. Everyone was very good about explaining the process and communicating with us during each step. We're very satisfied with our new floors and very happy with the service we received from Floor Coverings Intl. We recommend them highly!"
