"BRINSON & Son came out to our house last week to fix a leak and replace some faucets. Despite arriving a little late, They did an excellent job and recommended some further work to be done this week. I gladly accepted their recommendation and booked them for 2 PM. Fast forward to 2:15 PM this week, and I haven?t heard a single thing from them about our scheduled appointment. I call and they admit they completely forgot about the job, did not apologize, but offered to at least come out between 5:30-6. I accepted. Fast forward to 6:45. I call again. Now they say they are NOT able to come out, still did not apologize, and they did not offer a reschedule or anything. I have never been more flabbergasted by a business in my life. I paid on time, and I was respectful, kind, understanding. Why should my wife and I be disrespected like that? I would give them 1 star, but the initial work they did was great, just don?t expect them to come back for the follow-up work. "

G**** Miranda did a remarkable job repairing the pipe and an adjacent supply pipe I elected to have repaired in case its joint might leak. Workmanship was exceptional, potential mess and additional Sheetrock damage was minimized, G**** Miranda worked tirelessly for 3 hours and produced a satisfactory repair."

In two days, Omar and his crew were able to basically rebuild our entire eat-in kitchen ceiling following a large plumbing project. I honestly think it looks better now than it did before the work. The PM estimated 2 and half weeks to 3 weeks but it was done in 2 weeks, just before Christmas ! The staff was very friendly and attentive . They listened and understood what I wanted for my dream kitchen . Duncan, presented me with options for my kitchen to meet my budget . Although ,I chose the latter which was to have my dream kitchen and decide not to bend on that. Sam was thorough with all the final walk through and made sure I was happy before leaving my house. Attention to detail was what I appreciated most with the whole process . I felt safe in the sense where my kitchen would not be left unfinished midway . I recommend this company to anyone who is renovating !"
