He was on time, very communicative, and professional. I also appreciated that he is willing to communicate via text. I don't have time for constant phone calls when I am working, and I very much appreciate someone who is willing and able to communicate via text. Many contractors I have worked with don't have that ability and are constantly calling. Great job all-around."

This price tag was on the high end, but that may have been due to either the high price of lumber at the time (Canadian wildfires) or the customer cabinetry that we needed or both. There were a few instances where I was glad we were on sight as I don’t know if the errors we saw would have been caught prior to them being installed. The upfront design and visualization is top notch, as is the quality of the material. The labor used to install was three star at best."

"I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. I have already recommended JK Complete to family members."
