There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"We had John remove an overgrown landscaped area next to the home entrance and replace it with pavers. He also installed pavers for the floor to an exterior shed and erected the shed. Then we had a sliding glass door to the lanai removed and replaced. All work was satisfactorily completed promptly. Later, we had him come back and install some flashing on the lanai roof. I highly recommend Fully Equipped Handyman."
