"All of my toilets in the house backed up. Called wild Waters plumbing who responded promptly. Found a plug in my septic tank and used a shovel to remove it. Refused to charge a trip charge despite my insistence. This is a highly ethical company focused on customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a honest plumber. He showed us 3-4 different sections of our clay pipe with root intrusion with 1 being very severe that even after snaking the drain there was only a small 2” hole in the roots for our sewage to drain. We received quotes for a 16’ section where the root damage was present and a quote for the 40’ clay section coming from our house to the street, which included under a sidewalk (not highly trafficked).
