"1. Their machine broke down. They tried for hours to get it fixed. The brought in a different one and it didnâ t start. They finally got the original machine working but it was night time. 2. They finished and I couldnâ t inspect until morning. By that time the defects were visible and bad. Two rows were different colors. This is because the machine broke down and they had to wait hours and they made a new batch of mix that didnâ t match the first. 3. They avoided all my calls. I called and called. Iâ d wait weeks and when I finally got someone and gave my address they wouldnâ t show. 4. 2 years I called again and kept all the pictures and they forgot my address and came. As soon as he arrived I was waiting outside so he couldnâ t leave. I showed him all the work they did bad and of course he had every excuse in the book except an apology or to fix it. I would steer clear of this company. There are a lot of good reviews but pay close attention to the few that are bad. They did a horrible job, vanished and didnâ t try to resolve or fix anything. I pretend not to speak English very well. Showed home pictures from that time with date time and nothing but more excuses. Co Taft me if you wish so I can show you how bad the Joâ s was they did. "Disaster from Start to Finish ? Find Another Company! If you?re considering hiring PSB Home Solutions, do yourself a favor & run the other way. I hired them for a turf/ putting green installation, results were beyond disappointing. 2 independent companies, vetted by the turf manufacturer Rymar, confirmed that everything needs to be redone from scratch. Here?s what went wrong: The putting green supposed to be 575 sq ft; they installed less than 200 sq ft. No silica sand, though billed for it. No seam tape or glue was used; seams are separating. The turf was installed backwards, causing a patchy appearance. Damaged my landscape lighting & internet wiring. After claiming repairs, nothing worked and had to hire a licensed electrician at my cost. Even the turf manufacturer was appalled by the work & offered to comp the materials. Owner made promises to return, missed 3 appointments, then ghosted me. PSB cuts corners, caused damage, misrepresents their work abandons job. Run Away!"

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"We needed some landscaping done after finishing some outdoor plumbing problems. I contacted several Landscaping Designers and contracted with Pristine Landscapers to complete the job. I have never been so satisfied with a company doing work for me. Sue came to look at the area and was fantastic in our first discussion. She not only talked with us concerning the area and possibilities but listened to our concerns and desires. That first day she spent quite a bit of time with us. The discussion was very positive and the communication was excellent. She sent us a proposal and followed up with a telephone call to talk about any concerns or changes we might want. Sue was in contact with us regularly prior to the scheduled project start time. Then the BIG day came. She and her crew came on time and started the project. I have worked with many people over my 81 years and I have to say Sue really impressed me along with her crew. They were very nice and all communicated with us extremely well. Sue told us that the project would take 2 days and that is exactly what it took. As we started our project it became apparent that we needed some sprinkler work completed and Sue was able to put us in touch with someone who came immediately and completed the work. She knew the right professional to do the job. Pristine Landscapes is a wonderful top of the line Design company. Everything that was promised was fulfilled and in the most professional manner. We love our backyard. It looks elegant, spacious, and speaks of the professional designing they accomplished. The cost matched the value. Any one who needs landscape designing should contact them because they are the BEST."
