He was on time, very communicative, and professional. I also appreciated that he is willing to communicate via text. I don't have time for constant phone calls when I am working, and I very much appreciate someone who is willing and able to communicate via text. Many contractors I have worked with don't have that ability and are constantly calling. Great job all-around."

Multiple code violations and callbacks to fix issues. My advice if you decide to use Jim is to not use allowances and make him provide a fixed price contract. He likes to make up the difference in his cheap quote to get your business by having most allowances categories come in much higher."
