"Very courteous and more than willing to work with us in the repair. He brought a faucet to replace a leaky one we had, but it was not to my wife's liking. He waited for an hour while I ran out and purchased a faucet that would pass my wifes muster and installed it and didn't charge for the wait time."

"I was completely satisfied with my experience with E.L. Aprea Services for replacement of our gas water heater. Upon contacting Fernando the day after Christmas, he quoted me quickly and accurately and scheduled replacement first thing the next morning. Both of the installers he sent were extremely courteous and efficient, working together to overcome obstacles they encountered such as clogged drains and not trying to take advantage of such situations as other companies might do. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to others and look forward to using them again when the opportunity arises."

"This company is wonderful and a true God sent! I've been screwed before by other companies and when I met Shawn he was very polite, kind and most important professional. He was prompt when he came to my home and very efficient. After he installed my new water heater I asked him if I could make an appointment with him for a few other things I needed taken care of.
