There was a line by the shrub trees b evergreen tree we agree that they will put line but they didn't do it when I confronted the owner there's no line and there was remaining balance on the bill while line wasn't place."

Seeding is less expensive up front compared to sod installation. However, sod provides an instant lawn with minimal maintenance, while seeded lawns require extended care and can take up to two years to fully establish.
