"We used Nail It (October 2022) to remodel our kitchen , guest bathroom, master bathroom and make a few changes in our family room and den. What an awesome job they did. I will keep this simple. Timely, efficient, hardworking, easy to work with, flexible and met with us often to discuss the progress. No less than two persons on the job at a time. They provide a year warranty on their work. As we have been settling in to our new renovations we have asked them to come back for a few minor changes. They have come out and assisted us with no questions asked. Highly recommend them. We give them 5 stars and a big part of that is that they are willing to come back out for any corrections that are needed even though the job is complete. They really care about the work they do and will stay at it until everyone is happy. Update as of 8/17/2023: Nine months after the completion of the work we had done. We found a nick on one of our kitchen cabinet door and in our guest bathroom the tub/tile grout shrunk. We called Nail It about our concerns and they sent out a small grew to fix both issues. These guys are committed to there work and outcomes."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
