"From bad to worse. The day after they primed the pump, I went to use the pump & there was no water. The priming had failed. I made several attempts to contact Pruitt via email, Facebook & leaving phone messages. The one time a phone call actually got thru to him, he told me he'd call back in 10 minutes as he was on the road. I'm still waiting for a call back. This is the worse I've been treated by any business . Astonished to see they did not guarantee their work when procedure failed. Sad thing is, up until now, I thought very highly of this business & their professionalism & the owner. But when a company refuses to guarantee their work and refuses to respond to an unsatisfied customer complaint, something has gone terribly wrong with the business and or owner."

"They tried to get me to pay $2400 to clean all my pipes with hydroflush. I couldn't afford that so we settled on cleaning the main drain pipe and washer drain pipe for much lower cost. Still high I thought but I couldn't use my plumbing at all so I proceeded with just those. Plumbing seems to be working fine again so job done. Couple if days later I walked around my home and found two metal pieces which look like framing to hold up my skirting laying on the ground. The skirting had been put back up crooked and not correctly. The bottom of the skirting pieces were not painted and now they are showing. It all looked nice and painted before. Now I have to pay someone to come and fix the disarray they left meaning project now cost more money. Don't know if they did this because I wouldn't do the $2400 job or if just in a hurry to get done. They were very nice and polite just need to treat customers property with more respect. I would not hire again."

I joined the maintenance membership club fo $18/month, which includes servicing twice a year. The first maintenance visit went fine. Everything was working the way it should. A week ago or so, they finished the next 6 month maintenance. The so-called tech did nothing but try to scare me about my electrical hook up not being right and how it was going to burn out my 1 year old Trane if I didn't buy $800 more of parts and of course, add labor on that. This made me really mad, and very suspicious because this company did the same thing to me a few years ago with my old AC. The first check up of the year everything was perfect and the machine had a lot of life left. Six months later, another so-called tech did the check up and told me the heat pump was worn out and wouldn't last the summer. I'm convinced that all they do is up-sell through scare tactics, talking in circles by saying nothing, and hoping you won't get a second opinion. I'm going to cancel my membership and look for an honest company. By the way they are still advertising Angiest list top certification, probably kept it from JDK, which was an honest company!"
