"This was my second time hiring Miguel - for a different type of job and he didn't disapoint, in fact he went over and beyond the work request. Will hire him again for another upcoming project!"

"Diego gave helpful advice on a whole house painting(including tin roof and decking). He and his crew spent significant time pressure washing and preparing all surfaces for paint and stain. They came promptly as the weather permitted. He and his crew were meticulous and expert in their painting. They left no mess behind on any day of work. It was fun to see the progress and we feel like we have a new home and deck and are thrilled with it. It was a pleasure to work with Diego and his crew."

"I will recommend this company to anyone. They priced the job, spent half a day going over colors with 2 trips to the paint store for samples and were extremely helpful and professional. Started the job and were finished in 4 days. Painted the entire interior of a 2400 sq ft home. The detail was exceptional. We have found NO issues and have referred them to several friends already. Starting a job for our son next week. Give them an opportunity. You will not be disappointed."

"Would highly recommend Medinaâ s Painting. Went above & beyond on painting the entry way hall to my home. It was a small job but he took the time & extra effort to have it look great. When I need more painting done I will be calling him back."

"Very professional and communicative. Where punctual for all scheduled meetings. Discussed the plan to complete my project and completed it within the planned timeframe. They made sure to protect all of my furniture and belongings as they moved throughout the house. Moved all items needed to make way to complete my project and placed everything back just as it was. The quality of work was even better than I expected. Even coating and no drip marks anywhere! I have already recommended them to my parents and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a paint project completed."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.

Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
