Remodels, Addition to Existing Structure
"We hired sonart a Construction for a bathroom addition! Their staff was more than helpful and their crew was beyond experienced! They were actually able to finish this project a lot quicker than expected. Definitely gave me a piece of mine that I didnâ t have to worry about where the crew was are getting in contact with the office. I have dealt with some pretty sketchy construction companies and contractors in the past grateful that this wasnâ t the case here!"

Fencing Repair, Fencing Install
"Was thinking of replacing my fence. After getting the bids I decided to postpone the replacement. Texas Fence was willing to only repair a gate. I know that was a very small project but I appreciate their flexibility and they did an excellent job."

Bathroom Remodel, Concrete Patio Installs, driveways , and 2 more
"Great experience from Tip Top Construction. They came out and gave me a fair quote for a new fence installation. They were able to start a few days after putting a down payment, and they completed the job within a few days. Great communication with them, especially from Avi and Mike. Highly recommend them!"

Custom Patios, Custom Pools
"When we first decided to put in a pool, we had a hard time finding the right team to partner with: most of the meetings with the bigger builders in the area felt impersonal and many of the designs were cookie-cutter. Those that weren't didn't fit our budget. When we met Jeremy and Braulio at Blue Surf we knew right away that they were not like the other guys in the market. Both Jeremy and Leo took the time to get to know us â our likes, our dislikes, our style, and our personalities. They built up a sense of comradery, which led to comfort and trust, before we ever even talked about design or project planning. When it came time to get to work, we trusted that they knew what we wanted and what we wanted to avoid, and we knew that they truly cared about the results of our individual project and what it would mean to our family. Blue Surfâ s business model â they believe design and construction should both be included in every phase of the process â is a differentiator, and ensures that everyone is on the same page every step of the way. Their communication is above and beyond what weâ ve experienced with other contractors â we never had to ask for an update; a message from Jeremy was always waiting for us in our inbox before we had to ask about anything. When a problem did arise with one of our material selections no longer being available, the guys at Blue Surf spent three days tracking it down from another supplier, incurring the additional cost to get it rush delivered so as to not delay the project. Just as important, all of the subcontractors who Blue Surf employed to complete the project were courteous, professional, prompt, and exceptional craftsman. Everyone involved in the effort, from excavation, to gunite, to plumbing, to electrical, to tile, to landscaping, was top notch. And lastly, Blue Surfâ s quote was extremely reasonable â so much so that we expanded the pool project to also include a bar / grill area and a firepit. If you are looking for a professional partner who will take the time to understand your specific needs, and create something unique that meets those needs, then Jeremy and Leo at Blue Surf are your men. We will be using them for all of our outdoor design and construction needs."

You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
