"We contacted M&B through the Home Depot Pro section of their website for a painting job that we needed done. Wilber and Frank came and gave us an estimate on the job. After a few more estimates, we decided to hire them for the job. Frank came and painted the 3 rooms we asked to be painted on Sept. 28. He also patched a few problem areas. When Frank was finished for the day, he still needed to let the mud dry and said he would come back the next day to sand and paint that part and bring us the extra paint so we would have it for touch ups. Everything seemed good with the job, so we paid Frank for the work. However, after the paint fully dried, we realized that the paint was flat paint and not eggshell like we asked for. We let Wilbur and Frank know of the error. They acknowledged that the paint on the walls was flat and that they would correct the mistake. The mistake is not corrected and we have not been issued a refund (despite Wilbur promising both)."

I believe they cut corners to save money by not applying anything to kill the grass before installing the sod. Install was done too quick- a day and a half for 5000 square feet. They have a nice website but they don’t apply the same quality of work for smaller projects."
