"DO NOT HIRE ARIZONA ROOFING SYSTEMS! I hired them to put on a new roof and walk-out deck for $25,000. What a DISASTER! SHODDY WORK, UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS. DECK They hold a simple roofers CR42 license. Upon learning of this, I halted the work on the deck. They had already installed “sister joists” under the decking which is a VIOLATION OF THEIR LICENSING. They also “repaired” the stucco they damaged which is IN VIOLATION OF THEIR LICENSE. A stucco professional said it must be completely redone. The decking ‘weep screed’ was missing and coatings misapplied. They put their foot through the deck, twice, and which resulted in two large holes in the patio ceiling. They tried to repair them, which they are UNLICENSED to do. ROOF INSTALLATION Poor workmanship resulted in having much of the roof redone. The shoddy work is too extensive to list here. It includes incorrectly applied mortar, tile gaps, vent screens not replaced, roof jacks, sloppy point, missing underlayment, etc."

Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to "known" brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install.
